Delivery & Returns

Thank you for shopping with Ashiana Jewellery. Please read on for all Shipping, returns and refund policies.

Please note there are different Terms & Conditions for returns of Ashiana Wholesale items. Please refer to appropriate section in the Wholesale information pages.

Ashiana Shipping

We aim to process all orders within a 48 hour timeframe. Please note this can take longer during busy periods when it may take up to 72 hours.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once your order has been processed.

Your jewellery will be sent to you in a beautiful, handmade Indian Silk pouch.

Standard UK delivery - £3.95 - 2-3 working days from dispatch.
*Express UK Delivery - £6.95 - Orders placed between Mon - Friday before 3pm arrive Next Day.
International Signed for - £10.00 - Please allow 5 to 7 working days from dispatch.

Delivery changes for 03.04.17 - 07.04.17 We are unable to provide a next day delivery service between these dates, any orders placed online for standard delivery will be sent between Friday 7th April and Monday 10th April 2017. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Shipping Terms

All parcels will be delivered by Royal Mail and will require a signature on delivery.

Please note that the customer will be responsible for all duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination.



Ashiana Returns

  • All items except for earrings can be refunded or exchanged within 28 days of receipt.

  • Earrings cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for reasons of hygiene, unless faulty.

  • We cannot refund or exchange goods which have been altered or personalised to a customer's specification.

  • We cannot refund or exchange gift cards.

  • The item must be returned in their original, unworn condition and in Ashiana packaging.

  • If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within seven working days as we will not process claims for goods received as faulty after this period.

  • All refunds will be credited in the original method of purchase within 14 days.

  • All Black Friday sales are final. Returns will be accepted for exchange where deemed appropriate.

Your statutory rights are not affected for any of the above, including your right to claim a replacement where goods are faulty.

Arranging A Return

Please include a copy of the original despatch note with the item and address your return to: Ashiana Accessories, 23 Redan Place, Office 16, London, W2 4SA Please return via registered mail for proof of despatch and verify sufficient insurance cover. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Returns postage cannot be refunded.
