Please note there are different Terms & Conditions for returns of Ashiana Wholesale items. Please refer to the appropriate section in the Wholesale information pages.

Ashiana Shipping

We aim to process all orders within a 48 hour timeframe. Please note this can take longer during busy periods.

We ship all orders Monday- Friday only.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once your order has been processed.

Your tracking number will be included in your confirmation email. Please check your spam folder.

Your jewellery will be sent to you in a beautiful, handmade Indian Silk pouch.

Standard UK delivery - £3.95 - 2-3 working days from dispatch. 
FREE SHIPPING ON UK ORDERS OVER £40

International Signed for - £10.00 - Please allow 7 to 10 working days from dispatch.

Shipping Terms

All parcels will be delivered by Royal Mail with a tracked service.

EU/Worldwide Orders

The customer will be responsible for all duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination.
Once your order has been despatched you are responsible for tracking your order with the local mail service. Some EU services do not notify you when your order is ready to be claimed after custom checks. 

Ashiana Returns

  • All items except for earrings can be refunded within 28 days of receipt.

  • Earrings cannot be returned or refunded for reasons of hygiene, unless faulty.

  • We cannot refund or exchange goods which have been altered or personalised to a customer's specification.

  • We cannot refund or exchange gift cards.

  • The item must be returned in their original, unworn condition and in Ashiana packaging.

  • If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within fourteen working days as we will not process claims for goods received as faulty after this period.

  • All refunds will be credited in the original method of purchase within 14 days. 

  • The cost of returning to us is not refundable. We recommend using a signed for service as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Your statutory rights are not affected for any of the above, including your right to claim a replacement where goods are faulty.
